Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.

You can schedule your virtual classroom sessions, or you can start a virtual class instantly without any special setup for impromptu needs. Simply click the "Start Session" button, and you'll be instantly taken to a session where you can invite participants through an invitation link.
  1. Log in to your institution's Perculus panel.
  2. Click on the 'start session' button located in the top right corner of any page.
  3. A session is quickly created, and you have transitioned to the virtual classroom session.
  4. When you log in, an invitation link will appear in the middle of the page.
  5. Click on the invitation link (link - URL) or the copy button.
  6. Send the invitation link to the people you want to join the session.
  7. People who want to join the session can register with their first and last names and send a participation request.

Accepting or Rejecting Participation Requests

When you create a quick session by clicking on a normally scheduled session or the "Start Session" button, you can send your participants an invitation link to join the session. To prevent unwanted or unauthorized individuals from joining the session, you can either accept or reject participants in the "This person wants to join the session" window that appears on the screen. If you choose to accept a participant but later wish to remove them from the session, hover your mouse over the participant's name in the participants window and click the "Remove" button.
  1. Transition to the Perculus session screen.
  2. The participation request from the person who sent the invitation link will appear on the screen.
  3. If you are sure about the person who sent the participation request, click on the 'allow' button.
  4. The participant is added to the session. You can see them among the participants.
  5. If you are not sure about the person who sent the participation request, click on the 'reject' button.
  6. The participant's request is rejected.
