Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.

You can access the homepage by clicking on the home button located on the left of the screen. On the homepage, you will see a list of today's sessions, upcoming sessions, and some past sessions. In the calendar window accessible from the homepage, you can view your sessions in daily, weekly, monthly, or agenda format. You can switch to the All Sessions page from the homepage. By clicking on the "Edit My Profile" button on the homepage, you will be directed to the profile settings page where you can edit your personal information. You can change your current password by clicking on the "Change My Password" button on the homepage. By clicking on the "Help" button on the homepage, you can chat with support staff and access help documents.

Today's Sessions

In the list of today’s sessions, you can view sessions that are starting today or have already started. You will see session names, start times, statuses, and information about how long ago they started or how long until they start.
  1. Click on the name of the sessions that have started or will start in the list.
  2. You can transition to the session
  3. Unstarted sessions will appear as 'Not Started'.

Future Sessions

In the list of future sessions, you can view sessions that will start on a future date. You will see session names, start times, statuses, and information about how long until they start.
  1. Click on the names of the sessions in the list that will start in the future.
  2. Unstarted sessions will appear as 'Not Started'.
  3. Click on the 'Show All' button located to the right of the 'Upcoming Sessions' text.
  4. You are viewing upcoming sessions filtered on the sessions page.

Past Sessions

In the list of past sessions, you can view sessions that have occurred in the past or were unable to occur. You will see session names, start times, and status information.
  1. Click on the 'Show All' button located to the right of the 'Past Sessions' text.
  2. You are viewing past sessions filtered on the sessions page.
  3. On the home page, click on the names of finished and re-watchable sessions in the list of past sessions.
  4. Re-watch session is opened.
  5. Click on the 'OK' button in the Auto-Play permission window.
  6. Click on the 'Participants' button located at the bottom right of the window.
  7. You are viewing participants in your current time during the re-watch.
  8. Click on the 'Participant Search (magnifier)' button at the top of the participant window.
  9. Enter the participant's name or surname you want to search in the participant search text box that opens.
  10. Automatic search will occur with each letter you type.
  11. Click on the 'Chat (chat bubble)' button located at the bottom right of the window.
  12. If the re-watch messages have not been deleted, you will see the messages during the time you are in the chat.
  13. To start re-watching, click on the 'play' button located in the first row at the bottom left of the window.
  14. To stop re-watching, click on the 'stop' button located in the first row at the bottom left of the window.
  15. To fast forward and rewind the re-watch, hold down the left mouse button on the progress point of the video shown in the Re-Watch Playbar and move forward and backward or click on a point in the Re-Watch Playbar with your left mouse button to go to the desired minute of the re-watch.
  16. To rewind the re-watch by 30 seconds, click on the 'Rewind' button located in the third row at the bottom left of the window to rewind the video by 30 seconds.
  17. To fast forward the re-watch by 30 seconds, click on the 'Fast Forward' button located in the fourth row at the bottom left of the window to fast forward the video by 30 seconds.
  18. To increase the re-watch playback speed, click on the 'Playback Speed' dropdown list located in the fifth row at the bottom left of the window.
  19. Click on the acceleration selection you want in the 1x, 1.25x, 1.50x, 1.75x, and 2x speed options.
  20. The re-watch session playback time has been accelerated.

My Calendar

Click on the 'My Calendar' button to view your past, present, and future sessions in daily, weekly, and monthly formats within the calendar. By clicking on the names of the sessions you see in the calendar, you can join virtual class sessions and watch the re-recordings of virtual class sessions.
  1. Click on the 'my calendar' button located in the quick menu in the right of the page.
  2. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'today' button located in the upper left corner, first row.
  3. You will view the sessions scheduled, started, and completed on the current day in the calendar, according to their start and end times.
  4. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'previous' button located in the upper left corner, second row.
  5. You will view the sessions scheduled in the calendar one day, week, or month prior to the current day, week, or month.
  6. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'next' button located in the upper left corner, third row.
  7. You will view the sessions scheduled in the calendar one day, week, or month after the current day, week, or month.
  8. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'month' button located in the upper right corner, first row.
  9. You will view the sessions scheduled in the current month.
  10. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'week' button located in the upper right corner, second row.
  11. You will view the sessions scheduled in the current week.
  12. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'day' button located in the upper right corner, third row.
  13. You will view the sessions scheduled on the current day.
  14. In the opened 'my calendar' window, click on the 'agenda' button located in the upper right corner, fourth row.
  15. You will view the sessions scheduled in the current month in an agenda format, listed in chronological order from the previous session to the next session.
  16. Click on the names of the sessions you see in the calendar, whether you are viewing them by day, week, or month.
  17. If the session has started, you will join the session.
  18. If the session has ended, you will access the recording.
  19. If the session has not yet started, you will see the message 'The session has not started yet.'

My All Sessions

You can switch to the sessions page by clicking on the 'my all sessions' button.
  1. Click on the 'my all sessions' button in the quick menu located in the right of the page.

Edit My Profile

You can go to the settings page where you can edit your personal information by clicking the "edit my profile" button.
  1. Click on the "edit my profile" button in the quick menu located in the right of the page.
  2. You will be viewing the page where personal information is edited.

Change My Password

When you click on the "Change My Password" button on the homepage, the password change window will automatically open. However, you can also change your password from within the profile settings.
  1. Click on the "change my password" button in the quick menu located in the right of the page.
  2. In the opened window, enter your current password in the first text box labeled "current password."
  3. In the opened window, enter your new password in the second text box labeled "new password."
  4. In the opened window, re-enter your new password in the third text box labeled "confirm new password."
  5. Click on the "save" button located in the bottom right of the opened window.

Help

You can click on the "Help" button on the homepage to chat with support staff or access help documents.
  1. Click on the "help" button in the quick menu located in the right of the page.
  2. A support window will open on the right side of the page.

Sending a New Support Message

By clicking on the "Help" button on the homepage, you can chat with support staff.
  1. Click on the "send a message"
  2. In the text box located below the window, type your question.
  3. Press the enter key to send your message.
  4. Click on the "GIF" button to send a selected GIF.
  5. Click on the "emoji" (smiley face) button to send an emoji.
  6. Click on the "file" (attachment) button to send a file of up to 40 MB.
  7. Click on the first option "download" in the top right to download the chat history.
  8. Click on the "back" (smaller than) button in the top left to go back to the previous page.
  9. Click on the "close" (cross) button in the top right to close the support page.

Viewing Help Documents

By clicking on the "Help" button on the homepage, you can access help documents.
  1. Click on the help button located below the window.
  2. Click on the text box for article search located at the top of the window.
  3. Enter the keywords you want to search for.
  4. A search will be conducted for each of your keywords.
  5. If you cannot find a result despite your search, you can click on the "send a message" button located at the bottom of the page to find answers to your questions.
  6. Click on the name of the listed article.
  7. You are reading the article.
  8. Below the articles, click on the "wasn't helpful," "not sure," and "was helpful" buttons to provide feedback.
  9. Click on the "open help center" button at the bottom of the articles to view the help center in a new tab.
  10. Click on the "back" (smaller than) button in the top left until you see the close (cross) button in the top right.
  11. Click on the close (cross) button in the top right to close the support window.
