Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.

In the profile settings, you can access the personal information page and edit your first name, last name, username, email, phone number, language, time zone, profile picture, and password. Under the profile button, you can use the "Log Out" button to ensure that the session does not remain open when logging in from different devices and to securely log out.

Secure Logout by Closing the Session

To prevent the session from staying open when logging in from different devices and to log out securely, you can use the "Log Out" button.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'log out' button.
  3. You will have safely logged out of your user session.

Viewing the Profile Settings Page

Within the profile settings, you can access and edit your personal information.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. You will view your personal information. Please review your personal information.

Editing Personal Information

Within the profile settings, you can edit your first name, last name, username, email, phone number, language, and time zone information.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. In the top left, in the first row, enter your first 'name' in the text box.
  4. In the top right, in the first row, enter your 'last name' in the text box.
  5. In the top left, in the second row, enter your 'username' in the text box.
  6. In the top right, in the second row, enter your 'email address' in the text box.
  7. In the top right, in the third row, enter your 'phone number' in the text box.
  8. Click on the 'language' dropdown list in the top left, in the third row, and make a language selection.
  9. Click on the 'time zone' dropdown list in the top left, in the fourth row, and make a time zone selection.
  10. Click on the 'Save' button located in the top right, in the fourth row.

Changing User Password

Within the profile settings, you can edit your password information.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. Click on the 'Change Password' button located in the fourth row from the top on the right side.
  4. In the opened window, enter your current password in the first text box at the top.
  5. In the opened window, enter your new password in the second text box.
  6. In the opened window, re-enter your new password in the third text box (confirm new password).
  7. Click on the 'Save' button located in the bottom right corner of the opened window.

Changing Profile Picture

Within the profile settings, you can change your profile photo or remove the existing one. Your profile photo will appear in the panel users, panel session participants, virtual class participants, and virtual class messages windows.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. On the settings page, in the box containing the registration date and last login date information located in the top right, click on the 'Change' button under your first and last name initials or the circle where your profile picture is.
  4. Your computer's 'file selector' will open.
  5. Locate the photo you want to use on your computer.
  6. After hovering your mouse cursor over your photo file, click on it with the left mouse button to select the file.
  7. Click on the 'Open' button located in the bottom right of the file selector.
  8. After your photo is uploaded, you can zoom in and out by clicking on any point of the zoom bar with your left mouse button and dragging it left or right.
  9. After your photo is uploaded, you can rotate it by clicking on any point of the rotate bar with your left mouse button and dragging it left or right.
  10. If you are satisfied with your photo, click on the 'Save' button.

Link Your Google Profile for Quick Login

Within the profile settings, connect your Google account for faster access to the system.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. Click on the 'Google logo' located in the middle at the bottom.
  4. If you are not logged into your account, log in to your account.
  5. In the 'Choose an Account' section, click on the email address you want to use.
  6. Your Google profile is now linked. You can now proceed with Quick Login.
