3. First Login to the Perculus (Admin) (ENG) (WEB)

Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.

Enter your created Perculus web address into your browser's URL address bar to access the Perculus web address. (g.: your_adress.percul.us)

Language Selection

You can change your system's language to a language you understand for a more comfortable user experience. Some languages also come with visual changes.
  1. Log in to your institution's Perculus address.
  2. Click on the Turkish or English dropdown list located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the language you want to use from the dropdown list.
  4. The user interface language changed instantly.

Log In with Google

To log in faster, link your Google account. You must have previously linked your Google account to your user account.
  1. You need to have linked your Google account before.
  2. Log in to your institution's Perculus address.
  3. Click on the Google button located in the middle at the bottom of the page.
  4. If you haven't logged into an account yet, log in to your Google account.
  5. On the opened page, click on the desired email address from the existing accounts.
  6. You have logged into the system with Google.

Forgot My Password

If you can't log into the system despite everything being correct, you can try resetting your password. If you are sure your email is correct, resetting your password will be very easy.
  1. Log in to your institution's Perculus address.
  2. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link located at the bottom right of the email or username text box at the top.
  3. Enter your email address in the email text box located at the top of the page.
  4. Click on the 'I am not a robot' checkbox located at the top of the page.
  5. Click on the 'Send' button located at the buttom of the page.
  6. Click on the Perculus password reset email that you have viewed in your email inbox.
  7. Click on the 'Click for a new password' button in the opened email.
  8. Enter your new password in the top first 'New Password' text box on the page.
  9. Enter your new password again in the top first 'New Password (again)' text box on the page.
  10. Click on the 'Update Password'
  11. You can now log in using your new password.

Logging In to the System with Email / Username and Password

To access the system's features, you need to log in. Use your username or email, enter your password, and after completing the captcha security checks, log in to the system.
  1. Log in to your institution Perculus address.
  2. Enter your username in the e-mail or username text box at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your password in the password text box located second from the top on the page.
  4. Click on the remember me selection box located third from the top on the page.
  5. Click on the I am not a robot selection box, fourth from the top on the page.
  6. Click on the login button located fifth from the top on the page.
  7. If you are logging in for the first time, you will see a window to change your password and a personal information page.

Changing User Password

When you log into the system for the first time, the system will automatically open the password change window for you. However, you can also change your password from within the profile settings.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. Click on the 'Change Password' button located in the fourth row from the top on the right side.
  4. In the opened window, enter your current password in the first text box at the top.
  5. In the opened window, enter your new password in the second text box.
  6. In the opened window, re-enter your new password in the third text box (confirm new password).
  7. Click on the 'Save' button located in the bottom right corner of the opened window.

Editing Personal Information

When you first log into the system, you can view your profile information. Within the profile settings, you can edit your profile information, including your first name, last name, username, email, phone, language, and time zone.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. In the top left, in the first row, enter your first 'name' in the text box.
  4. In the top right, in the first row, enter your 'last name' in the text box.
  5. In the top left, in the second row, enter your 'username' in the text box.
  6. In the top right, in the second row, enter your 'email address' in the text box.
  7. In the top right, in the third row, enter your 'phone number' in the text box.
  8. Click on the 'language' dropdown list in the top left, in the third row, and make a language selection.
  9. Click on the 'time zone' dropdown list in the top left, in the fourth row, and make a time zone selection.
  10. Click on the 'Save' button located in the top right, in the fourth row.

Changing Profile Picture

When you first log into the system, you can view your profile information. Within the profile settings, you can change your profile picture or remove your existing profile picture. Your profile picture will be visible in the panel users, panel session participants, virtual class participants, and virtual class messages windows.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. On the settings page, in the box containing the registration date and last login date information located in the top right, click on the 'Change' button under your first and last name initials or the circle where your profile picture is.
  4. Your computer's 'file selector' will open.
  5. Locate the photo you want to use on your computer.
  6. After hovering your mouse cursor over your photo file, click on it with the left mouse button to select the file.
  7. Click on the 'Open' button located in the bottom right of the file selector.
  8. After your photo is uploaded, you can zoom in and out by clicking on any point of the zoom bar with your left mouse button and dragging it left or right.
  9. After your photo is uploaded, you can rotate it by clicking on any point of the rotate bar with your left mouse button and dragging it left or right.
  10. If you are satisfied with your photo, click on the 'Save'

Link Your Google Profile for Quick Login

To quickly log in to the system, link your Google account.
  1. Click on the 'profile' button located in the top right corner of the window.
  2. Click on the 'settings' button in the opened list.
  3. Click on the 'Google logo' located in the middle at the bottom.
  4. If you are not logged into your account, log in to your account.
  5. In the 'Choose an Account' section, click on the email address you want to use.
  6. Your Google profile is now linked. You can now proceed with Quick Login.
