14.1. General Information Settings (ENG) (WEB)

Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.

In the "General Information" section, you can add general information about the organization.
  1. Click the settings button at the bottom left of the window.
  2. Click on the "General Information" tab located at the top left of the opened page.

Editing Organization Information

  1. Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
  2. Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
  3. Enter your institution's title in the title text box on the tab that opens.
  4. Enter your institution's short name in the short name text box.
  5. Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
  6. Your institution information has been saved.

Editing Default System Language

  1. Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
  2. Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
  3. Click on the dropdown menu for the default system language on the tab that opens.
  4. Select Turkish, English, or Arabic language from the dropdown list.
  5. Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
  6. Your institution's language has been saved as the language you selected. Now, when you add new users, the language you chose will be the default language.

Editing Billing Information

  1. Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
  2. Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
  3. In the opened tab, enter your institution's tax office information in the tax office text box.
  4. Enter your institution's tax number in the tax number text box.
  5. Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
  6. Your institution's billing information has been saved.

Editing Contact Information

  1. Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
  2. Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
  3. In the opened tab, enter your institution's contact person information in the contact person text box.
  4. Enter your institution's contact email address in the email text box.
  5. Enter your institution's phone number information in the phone text box.
  6. Enter your institution's website address in the website address text box.
  7. Enter your institution's address information in the address text box.
  8. Enter your institution's city information in the city text box.
  9. Enter your institution's country information in the country text box.
  10. Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
  11. Your institution's contact information has been saved.
