Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.
- Click the settings button at the bottom left of the window.
- Click on the "General Information" tab located at the top left of the opened page.
Editing Organization Information
- Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
- Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
- Enter your institution's title in the title text box on the tab that opens.
- Enter your institution's short name in the short name text box.
- Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
- Your institution information has been saved.
Editing Default System Language
- Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
- Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
- Click on the dropdown menu for the default system language on the tab that opens.
- Select Turkish, English, or Arabic language from the dropdown list.
- Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
- Your institution's language has been saved as the language you selected. Now, when you add new users, the language you chose will be the default language.
Editing Billing Information
- Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
- Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
- In the opened tab, enter your institution's tax office information in the tax office text box.
- Enter your institution's tax number in the tax number text box.
- Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
- Your institution's billing information has been saved.
Editing Contact Information
- Click on the settings button located at the bottom left of the window.
- Click on the general information tab located at the top left of the page that opens.
- In the opened tab, enter your institution's contact person information in the contact person text box.
- Enter your institution's contact email address in the email text box.
- Enter your institution's phone number information in the phone text box.
- Enter your institution's website address in the website address text box.
- Enter your institution's address information in the address text box.
- Enter your institution's city information in the city text box.
- Enter your institution's country information in the country text box.
- Click on the save button at the bottom right of the page.
- Your institution's contact information has been saved.
