11. Reports Page (Admin) (WEB)
This is the button that allows you to access the Reports page. You can obtain participation reports, participation reports (With those who did not participate), statistical participation reports, session statistics reports, session survey and question reports, and detailed session report based on date range for the sessions you've conducted.
- Click on the fifth button from the top on the left side of the window, which is the "Reports" button.
Getting a Participation Report
The users who have joined the session and their times have been listed. In the participation report, you can view the following information: session name, name, surname, branch, username, e-mail, attendance score, participation duration (sec), active duration (sec), passive duration (sec), replay count, replay duration (sec), first entry (live), first replay, last replay, role, and attendance code. You can download or print the participation report in Excel or PDF format.
- Click on the "Report" button located to the right of the “Participation Report” box at the top of the page.
- In the pop-up window, click on the "Search and Select Session" dropdown list.
- Automatic search will occur as you type each letter.
- Select the session for which you want to generate the participation report from the list of sessions.
- Click on the "Show" button, located in the third position at the top of the page.
- You are now viewing the “Participation Report” for the selected session.
- Click on the download button (cloud icon) located in the fourth position at the top-right of the page.
- Download as Excel;
- Click on the "Download as Excel" button.
- You have downloaded the session participation report in Excel format.
- You can open the downloaded file by clicking on it in your browser's lower-left corner in the "Downloads" section or in your downloads folder.
- Print or Download PDF;
- Click the "Print" button.
- Click the "Destination" button located at the top-right of the print window.
- You can print the current report from your printer or save it as a PDF.
- Select your print destination.
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom-right of the print window to save it to your computer or click the "Print" button to get a hard copy.
Getting a Participation Report (With those who did not participate)
The users who have joined and those who did not join the session and their times have been listed. Getting a Statistical Participation Report
Statistical information of the session participants is listed. In the statistical participation report, you can view the following information: session name, name, e-mail, branch, first entry (live), last exit, first replay, last replay, participation duration (sec), active duration (sec), passive duration (sec), replay duration (sec), replay count, camera duration (sec), microphone duration (sec), screen sharing duration (sec), chat message count and role. You can download or print the statistical participation report in Excel or PDF format.
- Click on the "Report" button located to the right of the “Statistical Participation Report” box at the top of the page.
- In the pop-up window, click on the "Search and Select Session" dropdown list.
- Automatic search will occur as you type each letter.
- Select the session for which you want to generate the statistical participation report from the list of sessions.
- Click on the "Show" button, located in the third position at the top of the page.
- You are now viewing the “Statistical Participation Report” for the selected session.
- Click on the download button (cloud icon) located in the fourth position at the top-right of the page.
- Download as Excel;
- Click on the "Download as Excel" button.
- You have downloaded the session participation report in Excel format.
- You can open the downloaded file by clicking on it in your browser's lower-left corner in the "Downloads" section or in your downloads folder.
- Print or Download PDF;
- Click the "Print" button.
- Click the "Destination" button located at the top-right of the print window.

Getting a Session Statistics Report
The session's statistical information is listed. In the session statistics report, you can view the following information: session name, active participation duration (sec), participant count, camera usage count, microphone usage count, screen sharing usage count, document count, question count and blocked participant count. You can download or print the session statistics report in Excel or PDF format
- Click on the "Report" button located to the right of the “Session Statistics Report” box at the top of the page.
- In the pop-up window, click on the "Search and Select Session" dropdown list.

- Select the session for which you want to generate the session statistics report from the list of sessions.

Getting a Session Survey and Question Report
The questions used during the session and the responses of the participants are listed. In the session survey and question report, you can view the following information: question, type, publication date, correct answers, name, surname, answer and answer date. You can download or print the session survey and question report in Excel or PDF format.

- In the pop-up window, click on the "Search and Select Session" dropdown list.

- Select the session for which you want to generate the session survey and question report from the list of sessions.
- Click on the "Show" button, located in the third position at the top of the page.
- You are now viewing the “Session Survey and Question Report” for the selected session.
- Click on the download button (cloud icon) located in the fourth position at the top-right of the page.
- Download as Excel;
- Click on the "Download as Excel" button.
- You have downloaded the session participation report in Excel format.
- You can open the downloaded file by clicking on it in your browser's lower-left corner in the "Downloads" section or in your downloads folder.
- Print or Download PDF;
- Click the "Print" button.
- Click the "Destination" button located at the top-right of the print window.

Getting a Detailed Session Report Based on Date Range
Details of the sessions and attendance rate of the selected date range are listed. In the detailed session report based on date range, you can view the following information: session name, linked groups, instructors, creator, creation date, start date, registered student count, participated student count, not participated student count, participation ratio (%) and active duration (sec). You can download or print the detailed session report based on date range in Excel or PDF format.
- Click on the "Report" button located to the right of the “Detailed Session Report Based on Date Range” box at the top of the page.
- Click on the start date text box in the opened window.
- Select the start date from the calendar.
- Click on the end date text box in the opened window.
- Select the end date from the calendar.
- Click on the "Show" button, located in the third position at the top of the page.
- You are now viewing the “Detailed Session Report Based on Date Range” for the selected session.
- Click on the download button (cloud icon) located in the fourth position at the top-right of the page.
- Download as Excel;
- Click on the "Download as Excel" button.
- You have downloaded the session participation report in Excel format.
- You can open the downloaded file by clicking on it in your browser's lower-left corner in the "Downloads" section or in your downloads folder.
- Print or Download PDF;
- Click the "Print" button.
