10.1.9. Restricting User Roles from Logging In
You can restrict instructor, head of program and system admin from logging into the system.
Restricting Instructors from Logging In
Click the settings button, the second one from the right at the top center of the window.
Click the institution button at the top left of the settings page.
In the opened page, under the restrict login of roles in section, select the instructors option.
Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
You have now prevented instructors from logging into the Plan365 system.
Restricting Head of Program from Logging In
Click the settings button, the second one from the right at the top center of the window.
Click the institution button at the top left of the settings page.
In the opened page, under the restrict login of roles in section, select the head of program option.
Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
You have now prevented head of program from logging into the Plan365 system.
Restricting System Administrators from Logging In
Click the settings button, the second one from the right at the top center of the window.
Click the institution button at the top left of the settings page.
In the opened page, under the restrict login of roles in section, select the system admin option.
Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
You have now prevented system administrators from logging into the Plan365 system.
