10.1.6. Adding and Deleting Titles, Activities, Course and Classroom Information

Note: If you cannot see some modules; you do not have access or your school has not acquired this module.

You can add or delete information such as instructor titles, activity types, classroom types, course languages and classroom features for general use.

Adding and Deleting Instructor Titles

You can add a new instructor title or delete an existing instructor title for general use.

  1. Click the settings button, which is second from the right in the top middle of the window.

  2. Click the institution button located at the top left of the settings page.

  3. On the opened page, enter the new instructor title information you want to add in the text box under the instructor titles section in the definitions page settings.

  4. Click the add (plus) button to the right of the title entry text box to add the new instructor title information.

  5. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  6. The new instructor title will be listed under the instructor titles.

  7. To delete an existing instructor title, click the delete (trash can) button to the right of the instructor title information.

  8. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  9. You have deleted the existing instructor title information.

Adding and Deleting Activity Types

You can add a new activity type or delete an existing activity type for general use.

  1. Click the settings button, which is second from the right in the top middle of the window.

  2. Click the institution button located at the top left of the settings page.

  3. On the opened page, enter the new activity type information you want to add in the text box under the activity types section in the definitions page settings.

  4. Click the add (plus) button to the right of the activity type entry text box to add the new activity type information.

  5. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  6. The new activity type will be listed under the activity types.

  7. To delete an existing activity type, click the delete (trash can) button to the right of the activity type information.

  8. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  9. You have deleted the existing activity type information.

Adding and Deleting Classroom Types

You can add new classroom types or delete existing classroom features for general use.

  1. Click the settings button, which is second from the right in the top middle of the window.

  2. Click the institution button located at the top left of the settings page.

  3. On the opened page, enter the new classroom type information you want to add in the text box under the classroom types section in the definitions page settings.

  4. Click the add (plus) button to the right of the classroom type entry text box to add the new classroom type information.

  5. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  6. The new classroom type will be listed under the classroom types.

  7. To delete an existing classroom type, click the delete (trash can) button to the right of the classroom type information.

  8. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  9. You have deleted the existing classroom type information.

Adding and Deleting Course Languages

You can add new course languages or delete existing classroom features for general use.

  1. Click the settings button, which is second from the right in the top middle of the window.

  2. Click the institution button located at the top left of the settings page.

  3. On the opened page, enter the new course language information you want to add in the text box under the course languages section in the definitions page settings.

  4. Click the add (plus) button to the right of the course language entry text box to add the new course language information.

  5. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  6. The new course language will be listed under the course languages.

  7. To delete an existing course language, click the delete (trash can) button to the right of the course language information.

  8. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  9. You have deleted the existing course language information.

Adding and Deleting Classroom Features

You can add new classroom features or delete existing classroom features for general use.

  1. Click the settings button, which is second from the right in the top middle of the window.

  2. Click the institution button located at the top left of the settings page.

  3. On the opened page, enter the new classroom feature information you want to add in the text box under the classroom features section in the definitions page settings.

  4. Click the add (plus) button to the right of the classroom feature entry text box to add the new classroom feature information.

  5. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  6. The new classroom feature will be listed under the classroom features.

  7. To delete an existing classroom feature, click the delete (trash can) button to the right of the classroom feature information.

  8. Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

  9. You have deleted the existing classroom feature information.
